What I have heard over the years from those wanting to enhance their butts. I don't want to do squats because my butt will go away and turn into muscle. If I lose too much weight, my butt will go away. I love this one, I want to lose weight but not in my butt. If you haven't found out by now, then you want to read on.
Those are true statements that I have heard from clients as well as some friends. I have always responded by saying; only if it were that easy. Your body is uniquely designed to your genetic make up. Therefore, when your body says it is going to add or lose where it wants, you have absolutely no control over its selection. Eating right and exercising only enhances your body's natural aspects.
With that said, your butt or gluteus maximus and gluteus minimus muscles are what enhances your butt, not fat. There are certain exercises that when performed properly can greatly enhance your butt. Who really wants to work out with all the modern technology we have today like butt implants, really?! Believe it, there are some individuals who will pay the hefty 2000 dollar price to have their butts enhanced. Is it really worth it? A young woman in Miami Florida died after a butt implant.
Why go to such extremes to get enhancements that threaten your life? If you do it for your own insecurities, then I digress tell you; you are beautiful. You must know for yourself that you are. Love who you are and never try to change who you are for the benefit of anyone else. If you change who you are for the eye of someone else, shame on you. If they don't gravitate toward you for you then it simply was not meant to be. Back to the butt of the matter.......
It really doesn't take painful cuts and implants to your butt to make it nicer. The thousands you may spend on a butt implant can be spent on a professional personal trainer. The results will last longer, you will feel good pain, and your life will not hang in the balance while going through the procedure of sculpting your rear. Here are some simple butt-enhancing exercises....
1. Squat
> Focus the pressure on your heels
2. Lunge
> Focus the pressure on your heels
3. Frog Squat
> Squat position, elbows on the inner thigh, straighten legs as far as possible, do not remove elbows from inner thighs, slowly return to starting position.
4. Kick Backs
> Down on knees and elbow, raise your heel to the sealing, squeeze the butt for three seconds, return leg to starting position.
5. Lateral Leg Raises
> Lay on your side, raise leg while keeping it straight. This mimics the scissor motion.
6. Push Press Machine
7. Front Squat
> Similar to a regular squat but the weight is in front of you body resting on your shoulders while your arms are crossed or you can use the power cling technique.
8. Butt Blast Machine
> This machine allows you to stand with your chest against a cushion and kick back your desired weight.
