Personal Training: Poor PT Secrets Revealed!

Have you ever had a trainer that you thought was the best trainer in the world only to find out that when you stopped your sessions you didn't know how to workout on your own? Don't feel bad but you have been a
victim of poor training. I'll explain; a trainer's goal is to get you results, period. I have always said a client-trainer relationship is a love-hate relationship. Hate me now while we go through the burn and sculpt your body. Love me later when we reach your goal. You may not like the way you get there but you should love how you look in the end.
POOR TRAINING:
When you train with a trainer and he/she mainly focuses on exercises that require two people, you have been a victim of poor training. What happens when you want to workout by yourself? Oh, that's right, you can't because you need your trainer. Some trainers use this poor technique in an effort to keep you with them. Sure a trainer depends on clients to make a living but there are better ways to retain clients.
When you finish your last session for the week does your trainer give you a call to see how you are doing on your says off? For instance, trainer may ask: "why did I hear 'would you like that super-sized' in the background?" Busted! If your trainer doesn't keep you in check every now and then, you have been a victim poor training.
The biggest and most obvious sign of all for poor training is when your trainer views you as a number. How do you know? Ask trainer what is your goal or your body fat percentage? If trainer has to hit the "black book of clients," you know where you stand. A trainer should know his/her clients like a doctor knows a private client.
HIGH QUALITY TRAINER
When you and your trainer are finished with your package, yes, a trainer wants you to renew and you should too. Not because you don't know how to workout without the trainer but because you two have a good professional chemistry and trainer knows how to get you moving. If you don't renew, from a good trainers perspective, that's fine because trainer knows that you have all the knowledge you need to continue getting rests. Again from a good trainers perspective, someone was waiting on your time slot. A good trainer trains and educate you during your time together.
A FEW POINTERS
Do your homework. Read the trainer's reviews. Good trainers will have reviews on at least one of the numerous social media sites.
Perform an internet search for that trainer's name, you'll get something!
A good trainer knows his/her worth. You should know why that trainer is worth that price. Remember, you get what you pay for so be reasonable with your price range.
