Stop Your Darn Complaining!

That's right, I said it. There are individuals who I have talked to and heard them complaining about how they need to lose weight or gain muscle. Through the course of our conversation I found that they figured skipping meals or not eating after a certain time will help them with their weight loss/gain goals. People who want to gain muscle weight that I have talked to do not know how many calories they are eating, get real!


We all know that breakfast is the most important meal or the day right, well chew on this, Vi Crunch Cereal. Simply put, it's the best cereal with the most benefits in a flake in N. America in my opinion. You can be the judge of that.
Breakfast is so beneficial because it's the first thing you fuel your body with besides that cup of coffee or soda and breakfast should be as nutritious as any other meal. Imagine going for six to eight hours working with no food to eat. That puts your body through hell quite frankly. You will feel sluggish, hungry, irritable, and a bit faint. Well, when you get six to eight hours of sleep at night or however long you sleep, your body is fasting. So, after fasting, you must eat.
If you're trying to lose weight and skip breakfast, you are being counterproductive. Why? Your metabolism slows to a crawl while fasting in an effort to conserve calories. Skipping breakfast only leads to your slow metabolism to holding on to that good lunch you have in the afternoon. Hello thunder thighs, right!  If you need something quick in the morning, have a tasty and filling shake or a protein packed bowl of nutritious cereal. If you choose to skip breakfast anyway....STOP YOUR DARN COMPLAINING.
If you are trying to but on weight and build muscle and you skip breakfast after fasting, you too are being counterproductive. While you are sleeping, you want your body to feed on nutrients rather than your precious muscle. One way I gained 20 lean pounds was by drinking a delicious Vi Shape shake right before bed.
