In this series video of Training Like A Champ, Kenny and I absolutely demolish our chest. It’s a well-rounded routing of resistance 12 to 15 reps and 4 sets as well as plyometric chest explosion with the weighted ball. Delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS was in full effect for two days after. Check it out.
